4. Cancellations & Refunds

Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be allowed except in the case of event postponement or cancellation by the organizers.

If the event is rescheduled, existing bookings will remain valid for the new date.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days to the original mode of payment.

Bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the event management team.

Substitutions or changes in participant name may be allowed up to 3 days prior to the event, subject to verification.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or format due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, government directives, etc.).

Any such updates will be communicated via official event channels (website, email, or SMS).

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking will be used strictly for event management, communication, and verification purposes.

Liability

The organizers shall not be responsible for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event.

Participation is voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk.
